Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific part number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the unused part back into its original BlueStars packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our quality control team inspects the returned part, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement component within 3 to 5 business days.
